Content Removal Policy

Introduction

At Cherry Club, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for our users. This Content Removal Policy outlines the procedures and criteria for the removal of content from our website. This policy applies to all forms of content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and comments.

All of the models were over the age of 18 years old as required by Section 2257 of title 18, U.S.C., In compliance with the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (also known as 18 U.S.C. 2257), all models located within our domain were 18 years of age or older during the time of photography. All content and images are in full compliance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and associated regulations. .

Grounds for Content Removal

Content may be removed from our website for the following reasons:

1. Legal Compliance: Any content that violates local, national, or international laws, including but not limited to:
   • Child exploitation or abuse
   • Non-consensual pornography (revenge porn)
   • Human trafficking
   • Copyright infringement
   • Hate speech or incitement to violence
2. Community Standards: Content that violates our community guidelines, including but not limited to:
   • Harassment or bullying
   • Threats or intimidation
   • Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic
   • Misrepresentation or impersonation
3. User Privacy: Content that infringes on the privacy rights of individuals, including:
   • Sharing personal information without consent
   • Non-consensual intimate imagery
4. Spam and Malicious Content: Content that is intended to deceive, harm, or exploit users, including:
   • Spam or unsolicited advertisements
   • Malware, phishing, or other malicious software
5. Quality Standards: Content that fails to meet our quality standards or disrupts the user experience, including:
   • Poorly produced content that is not viewable or understandable
   • Content with excessive or inappropriate tagging

Content Removal Procedure

1. Reporting: Any Users can report content they believe violates our policies through the 'Report' button available on each piece of content or by contacting our support team at [email protected]
2. Depending of type of complaint:
   • Non-consensual pornography complaints or any complaints that could affect a person's reputation or mental well-being will be removed within 24 hours since the reporting without any prior investigation
   • Any other complaint that does not fit in the category mentioned above will be reviewed by our moderation team within 7 days, time in which our team will assess the content against our removal criteria and make a decision
   • If content is found to violate our policies, it will be removed. The content uploader will be notified of the removal and the reason for it. In cases where no violation is found, the reporting user will be notified of the outcome.
3. Appeals: Users who believe their content was wrongfully removed can appeal the decision by contacting [email protected]. Appeals will be reviewed by a different member of our moderation team to ensure impartiality.
4. Repeat Offenders: Users who repeatedly violate our content policies may face additional actions, including temporary or permanent account suspension.
