Content Monitoring Policy

Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all content on cherryclub adheres to legal standards and community guidelines to create a safe and respectful environment for all users. This policy outlines the processes and standards for monitoring, reviewing, and managing content on our platform.

Scope

This policy applies to all user-generated content, including but not limited to videos, images, text, and comments posted on cherry club.

Content Standards

Content posted on cherryclub must comply with the following standards:

  • Legal Compliance: All content must comply with local, national, and international laws.
  • Age Restriction: All individuals featured in content must be 18 years or older. Content featuring minors or that is suggestive of minors is strictly prohibited.
  • Consent: All content must depict consensual activities. Non-consensual content or content that suggests lack of consent is strictly prohibited.
  • Prohibited Content: The following types of content are not allowed:
    • Child exploitation and abuse material.
    • Non-consensual sexual content.
    • Content depicting sexual violence, abuse, or coercion.
    • Bestiality.
    • Incest.
    • Hate speech or content promoting violence.
    • Illegal activities, including drug use.

Monitoring Process

  • Automated Monitoring: We employ automated systems to scan and flag potentially inappropriate or illegal content. These systems use advanced algorithms and machine learning to identify content that may violate our standards.
  • Manual Review: Flagged content is reviewed by trained human moderators to determine whether it violates our content standards. Moderators also conduct random spot checks on content to ensure compliance.
  • User Reporting: Users can report content that they believe violates our standards. All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.

Enforcement

  • Content Removal: Content that violates our standards will be removed promptly. Users who post prohibited content may receive a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban, depending on the severity of the violation.
  • Appeals: Users whose content has been removed or who have been suspended or banned can appeal the decision. Appeals will be reviewed by a senior moderation team member.
  • Legal Action: In cases of severe violations, particularly those involving illegal content, we will cooperate with law enforcement agencies and provide necessary information to support investigations.

Moderator Training and Support

  • Training: All moderators receive comprehensive training on our content standards, the use of monitoring tools, and how to handle sensitive content. Training is updated regularly to reflect changes in policy and emerging issues.
  • Support: Moderators have access to mental health support resources to help them cope with the potential stress of their role.

Transparency and Accountability

  • Regular Reports: We will publish regular transparency reports detailing the number and types of content removed, the reasons for removal, and the outcomes of appeals.
  • User Education: We provide clear guidelines and educational resources to help users understand our content standards and the importance of compliance.
